Valentine's Day Our Way

Here are Valentine greetings for all my fav ghouls...

Dinner tonight will be a new crepe restaurant. Been dying for good crepes, lost my pan somewhere during one of our moves. My husband asked if there was a dress code & they said "we don't care if you show up in a shower curtain!" Hmm not into shower curtains (too cold this time of year) but thinking up another wacky outfit to freak out the patrons might be kinda fun! Wish me luck... hey maybe Morticia and Gomez? (Dark glasses of course, we don't want to sign autographs hahaha!)

Love to all, and be sure to treat yourselves well. If you don't, no one else will!

      Thanks Vix, we've really turned into the Addams Family! Have you ever seen the original Charles Addams books? I treasure mine, they are fantastic! Matching shower curtains would have been soooo funny! But it was FREEZING out! So we did "nice". It was actually very casual, such a sweet restaurant, and we wound up speaking French the whole time amongst ourselves just to see if we could! )Cpnsidering I'm self-taught, I didn't do too shabby!) I had't had such good crepes in soooo long (buckwheat, yuuum!) and managed to finish my whole dinner and dessert which never happens with the way I eat -- small, frequent meals. Love that not bloated feeling you get with crepes even though they are jammed with goodness! Now to see if I can get the crepe pan I picked up (brand new from the 70s fro a thrift shop) to make some yummies! I hope your day like every other is filled with love! XXX
